General Rules   1. A proper code of conduct will be maintained during the meetings. Use of foul or abusive language can lead to termination of membership from society.  2. Smoking, taunting and chit-chats are prohibited during meetings.   3. Everyone should respect others and their perspective.   4. Every newly inducted member will work as a Junior member for 1 year. After that, he/she will be promoted to the status of Senior Member.   5. Promotion to the executive council will entirely depend on the performance of the individual. This will be decided by the present hierarchy.   6. Only senior and executive council members are eligible to apply for posts.  7. Only senior members and executive council will vote in the elections.   8. Elections will  be conducted for the posts of “President” , “Vice President” and “General Secretary” .
